2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the consultation has been completed as scheduled.
  • If a user is dissatisfied with the advice but the session was conducted properly.
  • If a refund request is made after 3 days from the date of the consultation.
  • If the user experiences connectivity issues due to their own network problems.

To request a refund, users must:

  • Contact Legallyne support within 3 days of the consultation.
  • Provide details of the issue, including the consultation date, expert name, and relevant proof.
  • Allow 3  business days for review and processing of the request.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds will typically be issued within 7 business days after approval.
