| The Chennai Police searched my vehicle and recovered drugs without following the mandatory procedure under the NDPS Act including not offering me a search before a Magistrate or Gazetted Officer. Can an NDPS case be challenged and dismissed if the mandatory search procedure prescribed by the Act was not followed? |
