My son was named in a complaint filed recently involving a minor, and now that the charge sheet is before the court, we are trying to understand our options before charges are framed. Given this situation, I want to know: Can an accused be discharged in a child pornography / POCSO case if the charge sheet does not disclose a prima facie case?
