A long-standing rivalry between two families led to violence just last month, and I have since been named in the FIR despite the charge sheet containing very little material against me personally. Given this situation, I want to know: Can an accused be discharged in a culpable homicide not amounting to murder case if the charge sheet does not disclose a prima facie case?
