Someone I knew filed a police complaint against me a few months back, and after seeing the charge sheet, my lawyer feels the material against me is very weak. Given this situation, I want to know: Can an accused be discharged in a molestation / outraging modesty case if the charge sheet does not disclose a prima facie case?
