Following a property dispute with a neighbour, a case was registered against me about two years ago, and the charge sheet that has now been filed seems to rely mainly on omnibus allegations. Given this situation, I want to know: Can an accused be discharged in a murder case if the charge sheet does not disclose a prima facie case?
