My brother got into a scuffle with people from another family about two years ago, and an FIR was lodged naming several of us, most of whom are not mentioned individually in the charge sheet. Given this situation, I want to know: Can an accused be discharged in a wrongful confinement case if the charge sheet does not disclose a prima facie case?
