A dispute between two families in our neighbourhood led to a complaint under the POCSO Act being filed against my relative about two years ago, and the case is now nearing the stage of framing of charge. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court interfere if my discharge application is rejected in a child pornography / POCSO case?
