A dispute between two families in our neighbourhood led to a complaint under the POCSO Act being filed against my relative some months back. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court quash an FIR in a case where the victim's age is disputed under POCSO under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS?
