There was a heated altercation in our locality a couple of weeks ago, and an FIR was registered naming me as one of the accused, though my actual role in the incident was minimal. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court quash an FIR in a culpable homicide not amounting to murder case under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS?
