My marriage broke down and some months back my in-laws helped my wife file a case listing several allegations against our whole family, but the charge sheet contains almost nothing specific against my parents. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the Magistrate Court discharge an accused in a case filed by in-laws against a daughter-in-law under Section 239 CrPC / the corresponding discharge provision under BNSS?
