A woman I was in a relationship with filed a complaint against me just a few days ago after our relationship ended badly, and the charge sheet has since been filed in court. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the Magistrate Court discharge an accused in a molestation / outraging modesty case under Section 239 CrPC / the corresponding discharge provision under BNSS?
