Following a property dispute with a neighbour, a case was registered against me over the past year, and the charge sheet that has now been filed seems to rely mainly on omnibus allegations. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the Magistrate Court discharge an accused in an abduction case under Section 239 CrPC / the corresponding discharge provision under BNSS?
