| My spouse has applied for a passport for our child without informing me while our custody dispute is pending before the Ahmedabad Family Court. Can one parent unilaterally apply for a minor child's passport during divorce proceedings and can I request the passport office or the Ahmedabad court to cancel or freeze this application? |
