| My spouse works at a technology company in Gandhinagar and holds a significant number of unvested employee stock options. These will become valuable in the coming years. Can I claim a share of these unvested ESOPs as part of the divorce settlement before the Ahmedabad Family Court or are they excluded because they have not yet vested? |
