| My divorce was finalised recently by the Ahmedabad Family Court. I had been listed as a beneficiary in my ex-spouse's will made during the marriage. Does divorce automatically revoke inheritance rights and will I still receive anything from the estate if my ex-spouse passes away without making a new will? |
