| I am a Muslim woman in Ahmedabad and my husband refuses to give talaq. My lawyer mentioned that I can seek divorce through Khula by returning the mahr. Can Khula be filed directly in a Ahmedabad civil court or does it have to go through a Sharia authority and what is the complete procedure? |
