| A criminal case filed by my spouse is pending in Delhi simultaneously with our divorce proceedings. My lawyer is suggesting that the divorce matter before the Delhi Family Court should be stayed until the criminal case is decided. Is this a valid argument and how do Delhi courts generally handle such situations? |
