A partition was carried out and a decree was passed when one of the co-owners was a minor. The minor, now an adult, believes their share was unfairly allotted. Can a partition decree be challenged on the ground that a party was a minor and not properly represented at the time, specifically for a property situated in Anna Nagar, Chennai?
