Important evidence in my property, located in Rohini, Delhi, dispute relates to the physical condition, existing structures and boundaries of the land which cannot be adequately described through documents. Can the Saket District Court, Delhi appoint an advocate commissioner to visit the property, record observations and submit a report that will form part of the evidence?
