A long-standing rivalry between two families led to violence almost a year ago, and I have since been named in the FIR despite the charge sheet containing very little material against me personally. Given this situation, I want to know: Can an accused be discharged in a rioting / unlawful assembly case if the charge sheet does not disclose a prima facie case?
