Following a property dispute with a neighbour, a case was registered against me a couple of weeks ago, and the charge sheet that has now been filed seems to rely mainly on omnibus allegations. Given this situation, I want to know: Can multiple accused be discharged differently in a rioting / unlawful assembly case depending on their individual role?
