I am facing allegations of an online fraud said to have taken place recently, and I believe the cyber crime complaint does not disclose the ingredients of any real offence. Given this situation, I want to know: Can an FIR be quashed on the basis of a compromise or settlement in a cyber fraud / online cheating case?
