Following an inspection or raid about two years ago, a case was registered against me under a special economic or regulatory statute, and I believe there were serious procedural lapses. Given this situation, I want to know: Can an FIR be quashed on the basis of a compromise or settlement in a food adulteration / FSSAI case?
