There were constant disputes between me and my wife over the years, and about two years ago she lodged a complaint against my parents and me. The charge sheet has now been filed in court. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court interfere if my discharge application is rejected in a criminal complaint under the Domestic Violence Act?
