My brother got into a scuffle with people from another family a few months back, and an FIR was lodged naming several of us, most of whom are not mentioned individually in the charge sheet. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court interfere if my discharge application is rejected in a rioting / unlawful assembly case?
