A case was registered against me a couple of weeks ago under a special law, and I want to understand whether such an FIR can even be challenged before trial. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court quash an FIR in a corruption / bribery case against a public servant under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS?
