I entered into a business/property transaction with someone recently, and after the deal went wrong, they filed a criminal complaint instead of pursuing a civil remedy. We have since settled the dues. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court quash an FIR in a land / real-estate fraud case under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS?
