My brother got into a scuffle with people from another family just a few days ago, and an FIR was lodged naming several of us, most of whom were not even present. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court quash an FIR in a rioting / unlawful assembly case under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS?
