Following an inspection or raid about two years ago, a case was registered against me under a special economic or regulatory statute, and I believe there were serious procedural lapses. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court quash an FIR in an excise / liquor offence case under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS?
