I am facing allegations of an online fraud said to have taken place a couple of weeks ago, and I believe the cyber crime complaint does not disclose the ingredients of any real offence. Given this situation, I want to know: Can the High Court quash an FIR in an identity theft / online impersonation case under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS?
