I was granted anticipatory bail before my arrest. The Mumbai Police have now arrested me and I am in custody since the anticipatory bail required surrender. Do I need to apply for regular bail separately after being taken into custody and what is the difference in procedure between anticipatory bail and regular bail after arrest?
