A criminal complaint has been filed against me clearly for the purpose of pressurising me in a civil property dispute. The allegations are entirely motivated by personal vendetta. Apart from quashing the FIR, can I approach the Mumbai High Court to quash the entire criminal proceedings as an abuse of the process of law?
