My divorce decree from the Jaipur Family Court includes a monthly alimony payment to my ex-spouse. I have recently learnt that my ex-spouse has remarried but has not informed me or the court. Does alimony legally stop automatically upon remarriage of the recipient or do I need to file an application before the Jaipur court to terminate it?
